Option B: Partnership (Equity)

We trade our time for skin in the game.

  • 2-5% equity (depending on stage, scope, and dilution)
  • Ideal if you need to conserve cash for product/sales
  • We only win if you win

Option C: Hybrid

Reduced fee + small % equity. Best of both worlds.

We only accept 2-3 startups/year. We're selective because we truly commit.

Minimum requirements:

  • Founding team with execution experience (not looking for "ideas")
  • Market >€50M TAM (has to be worth it)
  • Initial traction: active users, revenue, or solid LOIs
  • Viable tech (not science fiction)
  • Aligned values: obsessive execution, zero bureaucracy

FAQ

Do you replace a permanent CTO?

No. We're the bridge until you can hire one or until you don't need one. We help you define that role and find it if needed.

What if I don't raise a round?

If you chose equity: we both lose. That's why we're selective. If you chose fee: you already paid us, the risk is yours.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. Although if you're in Bilbao/Basque Country, we'll meet for coffee when needed.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, no problem. Although your idea isn't as secret as you think. Execution is what matters.
